Modifying guns and creating entire towns is one of the game's strong points, yet the game doesn't let you make structures outside of predesignated zones. Crafting is a major part of Fallout 4's core gameplay loop. Extended Weapon Mods adds dozens of new weapon mods for players to craft and install on their favorite items, some of which alter a weapon's characteristics dramatically. On a similar note, many mods have brought back cut weapon mods or added new ones to keep item upgrading interesting. Legendary items offer powerful bonuses to weapons and armor, but the legendary effect itself is completely random. Legendary farming is a core part of Fallout 4's endgame. Unfortunately, making settlers unique and geared is a complete slog. Settlers are a core part of any settlement in Fallout 4 to keep your income of resources flowing. Machines are buildable companions that are devastating with the right mods, yet that is all they're used for. The Automatron DLC for Fallout 4 added a whole new category to crafting: robots. ![]() ![]() Out of all four available, the Minutemen are by far the most mundane. Players can choose between one of four factions in Fallout 4 to side with, each with unique quests and characters. The major selling point of this mod is allowing settlers to build. Sim Settlements turns the gameplay loop of building settlements into a much more enjoyable and hands-off experience.
